Damian "Lil Scrapp" Williams

Damian "Lil Scrapp" Williams (MOB Scrapp) was a rapper and gang member from Chicago whom was murdered on June 12, 2014. He was from the 5900 block of West Augusta Boulevard in Chicago, Illinois. Some of Lil Srapp's most viewed songs on youtube include features on Dooski's "Ant Nothing Bigger" and "Lackin While It's Crackin". Lil Scrapp was also a member of MOB, a set of the Gangster Disciples gang.

Lil Scrapp's Death

On June 12, 2014, while Lil Scrapp was heading to a restaurant, he was shot multiple times. According to Authorities, Damian "Lil Scrapp" Williams, 22, was standing with two men in the 5700 block of West Augusta Boulevard when somebody inside a tan Lincoln MKZ opened fire about 8:55 p.m. June 12. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, but died an hour later as a result of his injuries. He is survived by a 1 year old daughter.

Who Killed Lil Scrapp?

Many believe this shooting was gang related, and was possibly an act of revenge from rivals of the MOB gang. Soon after Lil Scrapp died, fellow gang members credited him with making "Steve Drive", meaning he was the one that killed Steven "Lil Steve" McGee, a Black Disciples gang member from the 600 set that was murdered back in 2011.
