Turn Up Juice refers to drink that can drunk among other things. One of the definition for Turn Up is to get high/drunk, hence the name turn up juice. Mach Five had a song titled "Turn Up Juice", in the video he shows a bar graph indicating turn up juice is better than any other drinks used to get high/drunk.
