Faded is a slang term used to refer to someone who's high/under the influence of drugs. For example, someone who's high on Marijuana might say I'm faded. Tyga had a song titled "Faded" featuring Lil Wayne, in it, he says "My n*gga I’m faded faded faded - And I don’t give a f*ck."
