Lil Pat-Pluto

Lil Pat, also known as Pluto, was a promising 24-year-old rapper from Chicago and a member of the rap collective OTF, led by the renowned artist Lil Durk. Tragically, on Friday, November 29, 2013, Lil Pat was involved in a devastating rollover car accident. Despite the swift response of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident also involved two other passengers, a 25-year-old woman and a 33-year-old woman, both of whom thankfully survived and were reported to be in stable condition following the incident.

In the wake of Lil Pat's untimely passing, an outpouring of grief and tributes flooded social media as friends, family, and fellow artists expressed their sorrow and disbelief. Fredo Santana took to Twitter to share his heartbreak, declaring, "I love my n*ggas we all we got rip Pluto squad." Lil Durk conveyed his sense of loss on Instagram, stating, "I ain’t want to post a pic answer the phone or sh*t I’m lost #RIPPLUTO." Another artist, OTF Nunu, expressed his emotions on Instagram, lamenting, "Smd i swear ion wanna believe yu gone bro sh*t cant be real man yu was like blood to me nd yu gone smd ima miss yu bro RIP PLUTO #MrTurnUp #OTF."

Lil Pat's influence as a vibrant artist and beloved friend will be sorely missed in the Chicago rap scene and beyond. His legacy continues to resonate with fans and artists, cementing his place in the hearts of many.
