Real Lives is a gang based in New York, notorious for its involvement in the city's complex gang dynamics. Comprised primarily of members from both the Bloods and Crips factions, the Real Lives have been embroiled in a violent feud with a rival gang known as the Davidson Block Boyz (DBB). This conflict erupted in 2011 following the murder of the Real Lives' leader, Mercell "Jeeto" Williams, by a DBB member. The ensuing hostilities have led to numerous retaliatory shootings, deepening the animosity between these groups.

RLN members uniquely identify themselves by flashing a combination of hand signals: two fingers on one hand and four on the other to represent "24" for the 2400 Block. Additionally, they often display an "L" to signify "Live Gang."
