Roeboyz Empire (RBE) is a rap group that evolved into a street gang based in Muncie, Indiana. Initially, RBE was linked with other local groups such as Yung Killaz (YK), Black Mob Entertainment (BME), Fuck Yo Gang (FYG), and TrapBoy Gang (TBG). Together, they form a larger organization known as Only The Gang (OTG). Their primary rivals are gangs from Anderson, Indiana, including CMG and Arrow Ave.
RBE was founded by rappers Joedy Joe, Tmoney, OsoFrmTheRoe, and King Day. Notably, King Day, Tmoney, and OsoFrmTheRoe are siblings, while Joedy Joe is their cousin. Originally a musical collective, RBE's activities expanded into gang activities as conflicts with other gangs escalated. This transformation led to the recruitment of additional members.
The initial expansion of RBE included adding their friend Young Solo, followed by their cousin Clayvo. The group began recruiting individuals known for their toughness and fighting skills, which often included family members. This expansion eventually led to alliances with FYG and YK, culminating in the formation of OTG.
Joedy Joe has released a mixtape titled "King Of The Streets," featuring collaborations with J-fresh from BME, as well as Tmoney and OsoFrmTheRoe. Joedy and Tmoney continue to release music on platforms like Soundcloud and Audiomack. They have also brought on board DJ Siege as their producer and manager. Today, RBE is recognized both as a music group and a street gang.
