WIIIC City is a group affiliated with the Black Disciples, situated at 64th & King Drive in the Parkway Gardens area of South Side Chicago. This location is now widely recognized as O Block, a name adopted in memory of Odee Perry. Perry was reportedly slain by Gakirah "KI" Barnes, an affiliate of STL/EBT, a faction of the rival Gangster Disciples.
